Squash, Orangetti

Orangetti Squash is close to traditional Spaghetti Squash, but it's sweeter and a beautiful orange color. Like Spaghetti, it's unique flesh separates into long, thin strands much like angel hair pasta. The texture is soft, with a slight crunch and mild flavor. Orangetti Squash is an easy substitute for any dish using pasta. Oven-roasting the squash in a little water is very fun and easy.

Properly stored, Orangetti Squash can keep for several months. Do not refrigerate! Let it sit on your countertop or in your pantry.
