Turkey is a traditional food at Thanksgiving, of course, along with fall and winter holiday meals. You can count on the quality of this favorite meat from Elmwood Stock Farm. Broad-Breasted Bronze turkeys are similar in size and shape to a supermarket-purchased turkey, but the similarities end right there!

You are purchasing a turkey raised outdoors in our pastured system, which provides a diet enriched by grasses, fresh air, adequate exercise, and sunlight. Our bronze feathered turkeys free-range on fresh green grass or clover pastures supplemented with wholesome organic non-GMO grains, resulting in moist, flavorful turkey. USDA organic certification ensures third-party verification of our production practices and ultimately results in better health for you, your family and all the guests around the table.

Turkeys are freshly-frozen at the butcher and ship frozen from the farm. Allow time for your turkey to thaw in your refrigerator before cooking.

• Are you ordering this turkey for Thanksgiving? Go ahead and place your pre-order now! We will not deliver your turkey until the week prior to Thanksgiving unless you put an earlier date in the Notes section.

• Have your turkey shipped! We currently offer shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Enter your full address when you choose your turkey and air shipping costs will appear for you.

Turkeys will ship the week of November 16-18th, 2026 unless you let us know in the notes that you want it shipped earlier.

In addition to shipping, we offer free local pickup at the following locations:

Georgetown:

On-farm, Georgetown, KY; 9:00am-5:00pm. Pickup the Friday or Monday before Thanksgiving.

Lexington:

Lexington Winter Farmers Market, Greyline Station, 101 W Loudon Ave, Lexington, KY; 9:00am-1:00pm Saturdays. Pickup on Saturday, Nov. 21, 2026.

Cincinnati:

Winter Market at Hyde Park, Madtree Brewing, 3301 Madison Rd, Cincinnati, OH; 10:00am-1:00pm Sundays. Pickup on Sunday, Nov. 22, 2026.

Louisville:

St. Matthews Rainbow Blossom parking lot, 3738 Lexington Rd., Louisville KY 40207. MEET OUR VAN on Thursday, Nov. 19, 2026 at 12pm.

We can also deliver to your home for an extra charge if you are in our delivery area of Central KY, Northern KY, Lexington, Louisville and Cincinnati. Check your zip code to see if home delivery is offered to your address and choose that option at Check-Out.
